One of three yearlings frequenting some lush new growth on a sunny morning, means there are only two about now thanks to the Remy .243 and me. November is always a good time to catch these juveniles when they are kicked out from under mums feet so that she can get on with the serious business of birthing this years fawn. A lot of times they meet up again when juniors off the milk. In the meantime they mostly act stupid and they are naive in the extreme. The best eating too!
