Declan’s mission was to get himself a red deer stag. He managed this on his first evening taking a 6 pointer that raced in to investigate us. He capped that though two days later with this very fine representative 8 pointer roared in and shot at close quarters, though at a difficult angle. His dad Warren too got a first for himself in a Chamois buck measuring a very respectable 9.0″ which of course makes it a trophy. All in all a good result for the duo.
