Trophy Chamois for Dean Lindon

S1290002

Deans second Chamois of the trip and it is a 9″ buck.   The animal was taken at 275 meters using a 7/08.  Don’t let the weather in the photo fool you.   Minutes before this was taken it was pea soup conditions and very cold with constant heavy showers, the rest of the trip was taken up with heavy rain and gale force winds.  It was all water off a ducks back to Dean!

Well done Dean, good job and nice set of hooks for you.
Steve you are amazing, guiding in such terrible conditions as this last weeks weather and still coming up trumps for Dean. I can’t see many other guides going out in this weather and delivering. Big ups to you.

Thanks Trace you try to cover all the basis beforehand in other words good planning but ole Lady luck helps too. The harder I work the luckier I get.
